LeAnn's World September Challenge

 Hey hey crafts friends!

It's time for a new challenge over on the LeAnn's World 101 Challenge Blog! As always it's an "Anything Goes Challenge" and I my brain is in full Fall Mode so of course I created a Halloween card!

I used the Witchy Boy on the Moon image from the Halloween Party set and colored him up using alcohol markers. I'm over the moon 😉 with how my moon turned out! I used 3 different greys, choosing one with blue tones and went with a really splotchy, patchy and overlapping application. I made sure to go back and forth between the colors, really thinking about how I was building up my craters.

Then it was on to create my card. I started with a standard side fold A2 card and cut the front panel diagonally. Then I took a second side fold card and cut in in half, using it as my  inside rectangle panel.

After I had my bases, it was just about finding papers to compliment my image and adding little bits of detail with black, white, and sparkly gel pens.

I love the way this one turned out and I hope it inspire you to create something Halloweenie for this month's challenge over on the LeAnn's World Challenge Blog!

 Hello and Happy Holidays my crafty friends! It's time for another anythings goes challenge over on the LeAnn's World 101 Challenge blog and this month I chose Daisy which features a fun Christmas scene with which I decided to create a filler card for my December Daily. I colored her up and with alcohol markers to look like me and colored her presents to look like the papers I'm going to be wrapping my presents with this year I fussy cut her out and created a card for her with scraps from my stash that matched her outfit. After that I grabbed a tag and stamped "Get Your Glow On" from an Ali Edwards stamp set. To finish it off, I added some shimmer with a glitter gel pen to her dress, eyes, and the lights and star on the tree. Head over to the blog to see more inspiration and enter your projects!

LeAnn's World Facebook Group Challenge

Why hello there crafty friend! This month's challenge image over on the LeAnn's World Facebook Group Progressive Challenge is another über cute Halloween image: Witches Brew! I printed her in draft mode so I could colour her up "no line" style with alcohol markers. Then I added some shine and sparkle with white and glitter gel pens. I inked up my card with carved pumpkin distress oxide ink and then stamped over it with rested hinge distress oxide and a black office ink from my stash. Then I layered a couple of papers on top. Next I grabbed a purply tissue paper from my stash and ripped off a strip, crumpling it to give it texture and gluing it down as an anchor for my image. Then I pop down my witches brew on top with craft foam propping her up. To finish the card off I stand a sentiment from the PSL stamp set from ink road stamps.
